Breaking Waves in the Bay

Although I don't like to swim in breaking waves (unlike my partner) I do love to be on the beach to hear them and blow the cobwebs off. Is there ever a bad day to be on the beach? Sunny but windy days are perfect to feel refreshed. No wonder so many of us head for the beach for our holidays, we instinctively know that it is good for us. It calms us and clears the mind. As you look at this painting try and imagine being there. The smells and sounds but most of all the feeling of clean air in your lungs and feeling connected to nature.
